I came here in the evening. The atmosphere was very good. With the music, I was in a relaxed mood. We talked for a long time and had a great time. The cocktails were special and delicious. You can choose your own main course for breakfast, with a simple salad bar! There are fresh juice and black coffee, and the salad is fresh and delicious! I highly recommend it! If you have enough budget, you can buy breakfast and enjoy the Kaminarimon while eating breakfast!

I was lucky enough to be here only recently, just to brag! This place is amazing! Japanese cuisine is my favorite kind of cuisine and this was the best Japanese food I have ever tasted. We had soft shell crab, green tea and sesame seared yellowfin tuna, oven roasted duck breast cuttlefish, polenta fries and pork belly yakatori followed by white chocolate mouse desert. Every bite was delicious! There is also a huge craft beer/wine/cocktail bar and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very moody with low lighting and a large outdoor fireplace indoors/outdoors. I If you love Japanese you can't go wrong with the Monday Room!

A very good Japanese restaurant with great cocktails and a weekly changing menu. A must visit when in Christchurch, the music, the atmosphere, the food and drinks, all the food is made with care and looks great. I had seen their website before and liked the presentation online. There are several different options on the menu, from small bites to snacks and desserts. The Monday Room was very quiet around 8:30 on Sunday, and I found out that this was the only night of the week.

A very stylish Japanese bar, which also offers a variety of snacks. It becomes very lively at night, and is packed with people. Everyone can indulge themselves and have fun at night. The wine here is quite good in terms of price/performance ratio, and the transportation is quite convenient. Thumbs up.

It's a great multifunctional restaurant where you can eat and drink.
