I booked this restaurant for my husband&rsquo;s birthday as a treat for the stunning location and because of the Michelin star. We opted for the 4 course Gastronomic Tasting menu . The service was excellent and the location is beautiful. We were a bit disappointed not be able to order from a menu but I loved the surprise element - we literally didn&rsquo;t know what we were going to be served - and the wine pairings. The food and wine choices were  exceptional especially the fish course and the gorgeous dessert of mulberry mousse.  Delicious.

Disappointing. &ldquo;We can&rsquo;t tell you what you will get for food selections before you order. It is chef&rsquo;s surprise&rdquo;Say what ?!  Not acceptable at all. No a La cart options. 7 people already seated&hellip;.too late to find another restaurant.Sardines course was fishy and eaten by no one. Fellow diners dressed in t shirts&hellip;.not a great experience at all&hellip;marginal wine selection. This restaurant needs a minus &hellip;no star here

Lunch in this idyllic setting overlooking Saint-Malo. The cuisine is exquisite, featuring high-quality seasonal local produce. The wine pairing is both unique and successful. A must-visit gourmet destination in Dinard, the quality of which has remained consistent over the years.

The service was friendly, personal, and prompt. Particular care was given to one person who has extreme sensitivity to onions and related plants. All was done with good humor and professionalism.

What a unique place this in the picturesque Cale de la Vallee by the sea overlooking the busy slip. The staff managed by the very friendly Cedric are lovely, the location is amazing , the food is exceptional and it comes with a large leather bound wine list. Always a good sign. Breakfast from 8 to 10 am is a wonderful array of freshly baked croissants and bread warm from the hotel kitchens, local yoghurts and wide variety of  fruit preserves, salted caramel, honey served by Eric who can never do enough for you. Ask for coffee from the machine rather than the filter or a pot of tissane. Just a shame on our last day we wanted the large table by the corner window and 2 walk ins got there first!  What a cheek. For lunch I loved the grilled lobster (to die for) and the turbot. Very delicate flavours. We enjoyed the seafood platter with a delicious Sancerre ros&eacute;. Yummy oysters and langoustines from Cancale. Just lovely to sit on the terrace to watch the passersby and enjoy a leisurely meal

Found the food I wanted and service was really good, appreciated it :-) one of the places  to go in Dinard / quite full when we were here

Fantastic dinner, beautifully presented and incredibly tasteful. Amazing value for the 50 euros menu. It is part of the hotel Barri&egrave;re which is also wonderful.
