常平竹升云吞面·鲜虾云吞面(常平总店)

Changping Zhusheng Noodles has gone beyond Changping and has outlets in many places, but I'm not sure whether they are franchised or directly operated. My favorite is the scallop wontons, and the Baobao tea is also good. I haven't tried some of the others, so I'm not sure.

The Changping bamboo noodles here are said to be very famous and were recommended by God of Food Cai Lan. I had high hopes of trying them. As a result, I was very disappointed when I arrived at the store. First of all, the taste, the texture of the noodles was very bad, and then there was basically no taste. The wontons were somewhat edible, but even those bought in supermarkets tasted much better than this. Not to mention the fried wontons, which were very hard and greasy, and could not compare to the snacks I eat elsewhere.

Changping Bamboo Noodles. When I first saw it, I thought it was only in Changping. Later, I learned that it originated from Changping, and now there are many stores in many places. This is the store that Cai Lan has been to. The Baobao tea is better, and the scallop wontons taste okay. I don’t like bamboo noodles too much.

Their shrimp wontons are delicious, and the oyster sauce lettuce is also very good. A shrimp wonton noodle with a portion of lettuce is very satisfying.
