The Little Kitchen

The restaurant is very low-key and hidden. The entrance is full of green plants. If you pass by it inadvertently, you might think it is a private residential courtyard. This old Chinese restaurant is filled with Uncle Bai&rsquo;s collections shipped from the UK. Any one of them is an antique with a history of hundreds of years.
There are three areas in total, the bar, the main dining area, and the private room. The restaurant also has the photography collection of British photographer Terry O&rsquo;Neill, a master in the photography industry. There is also a 250-year-old bar sign in the green plants at the entrance, and the wine cabinet is still an old bookshelf from the Bristol Library in London.
Beef Wellington
It is said that Beef Wellington is the signature dish of Gordon James Ramsay, the god of Hell&rsquo;s Kitchen, but Uncle Bai is his master, so you must order Beef Wellington when you come here. The preparation process of this dish is quite time-consuming, so you must make a reservation in advance.
The puff pastry is very thin and crispy, and the medium-rare fillet steak is a perfect pink color. The three are tightly wrapped together without a single gap. Each bite of steak is served with a piece of puff pastry, plus the aroma of mushrooms. Once you have eaten it once, it will be difficult to go to other restaurants again.
