A Lot of potential, energy and place is gorgeous. Service super good, only the food was a bit pretentious, a lot of techniques involve in the dish but without the mastery that request. Must be a new team back from covid closure. Then again, love the place and definitely a come back one.

For a Sunday evening it was very quiet with 4 tables occupied This meant that the ordered dishes were quickly served. As a starter a beautiful thinly sliced ​​pata negra and a bowl of olives. We chose the special asparagus menu with a starter of graved lachs, then an asparagus soup and as a main course the asparagus with lamb. It turned out to be a good choice, beautiful al dente asparagus with pieces of lamb fillet and a lamb chop. Super tasty all. There was also a nice choice of open wines as an alternative to the wine suggestions of the Brasserie. Worth repeating.

We had another delicious meal at Binx tonight. All dishes were beautifully presented and deliciously flavoured. The new spring menu had just started and it was difficult to choose from so many delicious options. We will definitely be back.
