We arrived in Enshi quite late because we were going to Hefeng the next day, so we hurried to Xia Nv'ercheng. We saw that this restaurant had good reviews, so we went in to try the Enshi kang potatoes: they really lived up to their reputation, haha, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, very fragrant (in fact, the kang potatoes we had in Yichang were also quite delicious). Minced meat and dregs: I saw dregs on the menu when I was eating in Yichang, but I didn't dare to order them because I was afraid they were some kind of dark cuisine. This time when I came to Enshi, I saw that it was a specialty, so I tried it. In fact, it was soybean dregs with minced meat and other meat and vegetable ingredients added. It tasted like a strong bean flavor. Cold water shield: it was too sour...but I quite like the texture of the water shield, it was very smooth. I also ordered a papaya and kudzu rice, but it didn't appear in the photo. All in all, it was a good meal, but it was okay to try something new.

Enshi Daughter City Tujia Courtyard: Located in Building 9 at the south end of the main street of Enshi Tujia Daughter City (i.e. Bashe Street), not far from the parking lot, it is a large pure Chinese-style restaurant and hotel. The hotel does not look big from the outside, but after entering, you will find that the restaurant is not small and has three floors, with luxurious private rooms on the upper floor and a lobby on the lower floor. The decoration is grand, and the dishes served are Chinese and Tujia cuisine. The taste is good and the price is reasonable.

The Tujia Courtyard is located in Qiliping Daughter City, Enshi City, Hubei Province. The gatehouse is very distinctive. Two stone dolls greet guests at the door. Two strings of red lights are hung from the second floor in the hall, creating a festive atmosphere. We wanted to enjoy the "ecological and original mass consumption" here, but maybe someone had just held a wedding banquet and the waiters were busy clearing the food on the table, so we had to go to another restaurant. It looks like the food should be good.

The decoration of the restaurant is very unique, and the taste is good. After walking around the daughter city, it is a good place to have a full meal. It is very popular and the portions of the dishes are very large. Except for the dregs that I can't get used to, everything else is pretty good.

The taste is OK, I ate a lot. The group guests were too noisy.
