Carmen Restaurant by Blanco

The dining experience we had at Carmen was excellent. The service was exceptional and the food ……….. outstanding! I could not fault anything about the experience and look forward to dining again here in the future. A gem!

This restaurant had a superb breakfast. 4-star worthy. Lots of fruit, well presented. Full range of coffee and tea. Nice mix of European, Spanish and North American offerings. Great selection of baked goods, especially nice croissants. Eggs cooked to your liking. Lots of space choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Wine reasonably priced with a decent selection. Dinner, lunch reasonably priced and selection decent. The sea bass dish was excellent and beautifully presented at half the price of a restaurant down the road.

Creative high class cuisine, visually appealing and tastful with fresh ingredients. We tried the squid and the strawberries for dessert. Both amazing.

Amazing food, every dish had lots of love and attention to details in it, also very professional service!Best dishes, in our opinion, were the octopus and the squid and calamari croquettes!

Recommended by a friend we had a lovely dinner by the pool in a very quiet atmosphere, service was really good and friendly and the food was delicious!
