Alkimia Wine Lounge

Everything from food, service and the decor of the restaurant were above what we expected. The octopus we ordered was cooked perfectly and the puree it came with was “chefs kiss” the sweet potato chips were am amazing as well. The tuna was cooked perfectly. The wine paired very well with Both and we really enjoyed it. We asked the waiter for some recommendations of what to do after our meal and he was quick to recommend. Dessert was a shared chocolate mousse and it was fantastic!

We were looking for a restaurant within walking distance of our hotel (Hilton Garden Inn). Found this on "The Fork" with a discount. Wasn't sure about the menu (we do not eat pork or shellfish and not so much fish) but thought we would find something.We were greeted by name and asked to be seated outside. I forget the young man's name but he took his time with us, answered our questions and helped us choose. We had the mozzerela appetizer which was fantastic! The tomato sauce was simply the best and he brought us out a little extra to enjoy with our meal as a dip.My wife had the hamburger and I had the Tuna. Both were so good!We simply had to have desert and had the lava cake with a magma bar and other goodies!The whole experience was fantastic and the discount made it even better.

Amazing place, great service and the best food we have ever tried! Nice that it's served to share, we would definately come back in a bigger group. The AC was turned off and it was a bit hot after time, but still didn't change this gorgeous experience.
