a warm, welcoming and very quiet and peaceful environment. we ate ravioli with truffles, tortellini with cenasense wine and chestnuts, turbot with potatoes and cod and chickpea flan, really tasty, two glasses of Fiuggi water wine and two really beautiful, good desserts and a really light and good chanterelle cream.

We took 2 bistro menus with wagyu burgers. We asked not to have some dishes because we were allergic and they accommodated us without any problem. The panna cotta, instead of the dessert that we could not have, was really excellent, like everything else. Very kind and helpful staff. The bill was perfectly in line.

It is rare, in these times, to find such professionally prepared and courteous staff. All requests fulfilled, optimal timing and coordination between kitchen and dining room. The lemon delight: very light. All this allowed us an excellent experience.

Excellent restaurant, excellent dishes, friendly staff, elegant atmosphere, welcoming environment. The only small flaw is the portions are not very generous.

Wellness center restaurant, ideal for adding an extra pampering. Definitely rich menu. Quality in raw materials and preparation. Highly recommended
