A traditional Mexican restaurant in Zapopan. A friend highly recommended it, and it lived up to its reputation. It's a big wooden house, and the whole atmosphere is red light. The light is a bit dim, so it's not so good for taking pictures. The white drink is Orchata, which is a drink made from the tubers of the oil sedge in Valencia, Spain, ground with water and sugar, mostly iced. Mexico has improved it to rice powder with milk and cinnamon, so it's also called rice water here. But it still tastes like rice soy milk or almond tea. Tacos are 15 yuan each, and the portion is very large. Lettuce, onion, cucumber slices are free, and there is also a large roasted yellow pepper that is free, with chewy cheese in the middle, which is very delicious. I also ordered a Molcajete, which is actually a traditional Mexican grinding tool made of basalt for pounding spices, and it is often used to serve soup. It contains shrimp with slightly spicy sauce and cheese cubes. 138 yuan.
