Bianc Restaurant

We had a wonderful evening - great service delicious and inspiring food with great texture and aroma we still in life to us later. The food looked amazing and the wine was very tasteful and underlined the delicious servings Mathei and his crew did a great job everybody was very friendly and we felt like family! Highly recommended - we will join you again soon!

The entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn’t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you’re going to be in Hamburg.

Exceptional restaurant with a stunning yet comfortable interior. Attentive service with flavorful plates. Perhaps the most attentive service and kitchen team I've ever encountered in a Michelin starred restaurant.

The ambience in the restaurant and the food was sublime. Their sommelier is somewhat socially awkward, overly formal, and not at all open to constructive criticism. A little advice: Don't ask about the customers opinion if you actually don't want it and only expects praise!

What a great experience - a very warm welcome from the owner, the intricate food, the knowledgeable staff, the perfectly matched wines, the relaxing and inviting ambience - we couldn’t fault anything. Loved it and highly recommend.
