My wife and I spontaneously decided to go to HAVN that evening, and it was a very good decision! The service is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The dishes are tasty, original and well-balanced. The ambience is friendly and tastefully designed without being pretentious. We felt very relaxed. The &ldquo;Roomijs&rdquo; was spectacular! Many thanks to the HAVN team for the lovely evening in Hoorn. Highly recommended.

The view is not that great but the food is really creative and original. The service is great. Compared to other restaurants of similar standard, this restaurant is a great value for money. However, I have been there a few times recently and I feel that the food is not as good as it used to be. Not the taste but the variety. They used to offer a lot of seafood and meat... I plan to try different food next time I come.

There are three kinds of Basque ice cream in this shop: Comt&eacute;, goat and blue. Comt&eacute; is saltier than blue, while the sweetest one. The addition of cheese makes the taste richer, and it is not too greasy when paired with the store&#39;s ice cream scoops.
