I went to UCHI, the number one Japanese restaurant in Houston! ! It was the first time I ate sea bream sashimi at a four-dollar restaurant in the United States [doge]! ! The foie gras sushi was so plump that it burst in my mouth... and the sea urchin was really small but delicious! The light in the restaurant was not good, so the photos were all black and I had to add special effects 2333 ​

The standard and service are the keys to success. I especially like this restaurant&rsquo;s lobster bisque, Prime Rib Roast, Yorkshire Pudding and Crepes Suzette. Impromptu frying, roasting, cutting and boiling in front of the guests is also a specialty of this restaurant. Although it is a gimmick, the flames are flashing again and again, which is comparable to a performance and your appetite is doubled when you watch it.

First of all, the environment here is very good. You can take pictures in any corner. The service here is also very good. I don&rsquo;t care whether the food is delicious or not. At least the presentation is very delicate, and I think the taste is really good. The seafood is fresh and suits my taste buds. It&rsquo;s very good.
