Excellent experience with a beautiful meal. It's our second visit and for sure not the last. Next time I'll do the maridaje of wines with the menu, for sure!

Exceptional. Surprising, Michelin-starred dishes, generous portions. The tasting menu is amazing. Plus, they're very flexible; they don't require you to order a tasting menu for the entire table, so my mother-in-law and my little one were able to enjoy a single sample dish. My husband and I had the tasting menu, which was superb. The staff was fantastic, and the chef came out to check everything was correct, which is appreciated. A must-see if you're in Huesca. The building is also beautiful. We'll be back!

Carmen Menu, a delicious array of delicate dishes, the best in my opinion being the cod brandade cannelloni and the creamy truffle rice. The waiters were very attentive and pleasant. I miss a few details on the tables, a little flower, a candle, or an ornament. It's surprising that such an upscale establishment doesn't accept American Express cards.

This isn't the first time I've eaten at this restaurant, and the service and food have always been very satisfactory. The tables are spacious and the tablecloths are very clean. Everything has been very good.
