Haidilao Hot Pot (huamao)

I wanted to experience whether Haidilao's service is really that good. I chose Haidilao on the fourth floor of Huamao for my first meal in Huizhou. As a Sichuan hot pot, the taste is not the best and the price is not cheap. But the service is really considerate. The waiter is very proactive, giving glasses cleaning paper, introducing the menu, and choosing half portions. There is a performance on the birthday of the neighbor, and taking a photo to print a 6-inch photo for free. They also give massage sticks for the elderly, and guests can do manicures. It makes people feel very comfortable and well-deserved.

Haidilao is a hot pot restaurant, but its service concept is novel and many young people like it. Every time you go there, you have to wait patiently and send a note to fold a star and a thousand paper cranes. Each folded paper can be used for a low price, which shortens your waiting time in the game. Every time I go there, I will order its tomato soup base. Friends who like spicy food can order the mandarin duck soup base, and order their favorite shrimp paste, duck intestines, meatballs and beef, as well as bamboo shoots, lotus roots, and other vegetables. It is a delicious dish.

Because we went there at noon and there was no queue, we did not get to experience the "special service" during the peak hours. In comparison, I was impressed by the service for the first time. I went to Haidilao in Beijing many years ago. In fact, the taste was quite good compared to the praised magical service.

I had eaten at Haidilao in Zhuying, Guangzhou a few years ago and had a very good impression. Today, my colleagues and I went to Huamao Haidilao for a gathering at noon and experienced what quality service is. The waiters were very attentive. If you said anything casually, they would hear it immediately and handle it immediately. You don't need to pay for the takeaway box, just pay the bill and sit down. They were polite and considerate, making people feel like spring breeze. It is really the model of the service industry.
