Trattoria S'Arrastu

A pleasant discovery. A very small restaurant, very tastefully decorated. We were welcomed by two guys with a wonderful smile, super professional and prepared. The small menu (few dishes for a very high quality) is very particular, we decided to take advice from the guy who proposed different dishes to us. It was all really delicious, special mention for the tagliatelle with sheep ragù, I don't eat sheep because I don't like that strong flavor of the meat, but I had to change my mind and I also mopped it up. Very soft and delicate meat. Absolutely recommended if you want to try dishes that innovate with style and refined professionalism the true Sardinian tradition.

We felt welcomed right away, impeccable service with minimal waiting times, perfectly in line with our expectations. The waiters were very helpful, with descriptions of the history and composition of the various dishes; in addition to this, the place is extremely welcoming and the food is delicious with abundant portions. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts and a coffee for the modest sum of 60 euros, in general we came away more than satisfied, highly recommended; if you pass by Iglesias you cannot miss stopping to eat, a wonderful experience.

Another real trattoria where you can taste the real Sardinian products. The tripe with sauce is very good, well balanced in spiciness, not to mention the Tagliatelle with sheep ragù where the pieces of meat are not minced but in morsels.
