The Raven Bistro

There aren't many restaurants in the town, so I just picked one and there weren't many choices. Their steaks are delicious, and there's a balcony. They seem to be grilled over fire, so they're quite tender and crispy on the outside.

In general, there are many varieties of restaurants here and the taste is pretty good. Jasper does not have as many restaurants to choose from as Banff, but there is a very popular ice cream shop in the town that is pretty good. Don't miss it.

Typical Canadian food, large portions and high in calories. But the bread here is super delicious, baked to the perfect temperature, fully reflecting the simple yet exquisite characteristics of Canadians.

In Jasper National Park, you can taste authentic beef, lamb and venison grown and matured locally. The steak and lamb chops in this restaurant are highly recommended, which are tender and juicy, and the best is medium rare.
