Dinner in the cave of the medieval city~ Kotor is one of the cities on the Adriatic coast that preserves the original appearance of the medieval city the most. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has a large number of historical sites. For example, the ancient city wall (Figure 2) that was built over several centuries is 4.5 kilometers long. Because of limited time and physical strength, we did not climb the city wall here. We visited the ancient city at night. There were basically no tourists in the off-season, and there were very few visitors during business hours. There was a sense of an empty city. 🍴 We chose a restaurant called Konoba Scala Santa, which mainly serves local dishes. Unfortunately, it was the wrong season and many signature seafood were not available. We ordered staple foods such as salads, steaks, and fish fillets. I didn't have much impression. I can only say that it was neither good nor bad. 🏠The environment of the restaurant is still very unique. It feels like eating in a primitive cave. There are many candles on the side. It's a bit scary when you think about it...
