We really liked the location in a quiet neat pedestrian street nestled behind La Tour de la Chaîne. The carbonara dishes we ordered were very nicely presented and prepared with care. The servers were very friendly. All in all, a lovely place to dine in La Rochelle..

food was fine, servers were very nice, but clearly understaffed and overworked. We had to wait for over an hour for water and ask several times. One person at the table decided not to eat as she had to leave at a certain time and was worried food would not be delivered on time.

Pizza was cold, the cheese in top was burnt? As i assume pizza was already made, and just put into oben to warm it up. Cheese was falling of the dough.

We arrived on time and we’re seated outside. No menus available so tried to scan the code on our phones, with no wifi this did not work. They gave us the restaurant ipad but that also did not work due to poor wifi. After 10 minutes of being unable to order, we left and went elsewhere to another restaurant.

Awful service and very rude staff. We walked out after a drink as there was no sign of anyone coming to take our order and they were not even busy
