Always a delight to eat here. Fresh ingredients, no skimping on flavours and spices, brilliantly cooked and friendly, professional, efficient service.

Exceptional food and flavour. We definitely recommend it. Don&#39;t be put off by the rather basic interior / decor or the limited menu. It&#39;s not a trendy, hip place like much of Lagos is trying to be - just a hardworking, great quality restaurant. Each of the appetizers and main dishes were terrific! Worth giving them your business.

It&rsquo;s a very calm place with a very diverse and well-curated menu. The tofu was prepared in delicious sauces and the service was really nice. Would eat here again to try other dishes!

Food is absolutely sublime. Sauces are delicious and we are so pleased we have 4 vegan curries to chose from! We dine here every time we visit Lagos! We took our elderly parents this year and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience! Best curry in Lagos!!! Excellent value for money. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This is a go-to favorite when I am in town and it is in the old city center. Recommend the potato lollipops to start and the aubergine with pistachios.

The Seasonal

We spent our first night in Lagos at Real Portuguese and it did not disappoint! We sat outside. The inside is lovely as well. Very quaint. In Old Town but out of the craziness and touristy areas. A more laid back, upscale experience. The service though a bit slow at times was welcoming and efficient. Food was excellent. I had the octopus and my husband had the filet mignon. Highly recommend!

Great views and food! Repeat dining and not disappointed. We were not asked about water and besides the minor issue, we would definitely go back. Great food and views!

The service was fantastic from the minute we were greeted on the street. The food we ordered came to the table quickly and the highlights were the chicken tikka masala and dal. Everything was as described in terms and heat. The decor is a little tired but our waiter made up for that in the attention he paid to our table.

We enjoyed this restaurant so much, we went back the following evening! The food on both occasions was superb as was the service and the lamb chops on the first night were exquisite - nearly ordered them again. First night the ambience was quiet with only a couple of other diners but the waiting staff were top notch and gave of their time with some great chat. It was busier the second night which gave the place a much better atmosphere. Definitely recommend a visit to this super restaurant.
