I realize I always try food at this place but I never put a review... well, here you go. The Kitchen has a wide variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes on their menu, making this restaurant a very convenient choice for groups/families who enjoy the cuisine of both worlds. My thing is Chinese and I believe this is one of the best places in San Diego to try typical Chinese/American preparations. The food has a nice spice flavor, is super tasty, and you feel like you've had too much after eating it. My wife's thing is Japanese and she just loves the alternatives the Kitchen has to offer. I will say that the sushi rolls are too big for one bite even for me and you need to take a deep breath before eating them because you will have your mouth full of food before you can breathe properly and chew. Regardless, the fish and seafood are fresh (perhaps the most important thing in sushi) and the overall preparation is very good. The restaurant itself doesn't look beautiful (casual, would be more accurate) but it's a nice place to visit and the service is good and fast. Most of the time I order food from home and enjoy it with friends and family. They offer a full range of delivery and takeout services which is quick and convenient if you prefer to stay at your own place.

kitcheng, I didn't know what to eat, and it was almost eight o'clock, so I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. Their boat porridge has a light taste, which is a good product for nourishing the stomach. The other side dishes and dim sum are also light in taste.
