It was a great time, we ate very well, the quantities were quite generous and the tastes were there! The staff of the establishment is very pleasant, the premises are clean and the decor is original! We will return to the Entracte the next time we are in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie!

Very good establishment in a modern and warm setting. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Very good value for money. There is something for every budget. For a 26 euro menu, we were very surprised by the quality of the dishes (fresh vegetables) and the presentation. Nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

Restaurant near the Ibis Hotel. We don't regret our choice. On the menu (€35), oysters, sweetbreads with morel sauce and cockle sorbet and red fruits... Excellent meal with very pleasant service.
