La Coldana

A star truly well-deserved!Everything was super delicious with unique combinations in tastes. I personally was a bit underwhelmed by the 28-vegetable dish with its taste but definitely a fun experience. Highly recommend this restaurant and hoping it’s second star on its way in.

This hidden gem in Lodi was a great find. The food was innovative yet down to earth. The abundance of vegetables in the 7-course tasting menu was a delight. Service was patient, very warm, friendly and efficient. I can't wait to come back during my next trip in the area.

It is evident in all aspects the research and selection activity both in the products and in the preparations that has been done to make the experience truly relevant. Very welcoming environment, attentive and competent service, originality in the dishes (chosen a tasting with a truly wide offer). The price is in line: the quality is worth it.

A place with attention to detail, quality raw materials and dishes that recall tradition, but are modern and not banal. Everything was truly a surprise (special mention for their planning). The service was attentive and with a lot of attention to the customer (sometimes too much!). The dishes and the room were also very beautiful.
