Luoyang Shui Xi Yuan, located 50 meters north of the intersection of Tianjin Road and Jinghua Road, is a restaurant that everyone in Luoyang has eaten at and is familiar with. It originated in Luoyang, which has a lot to do with Luoyang's geography and climate. Luoyang is surrounded by mountains and is located in a basin, with less rainfall and a dry and cold climate. Therefore, people in the past ate more soups and liked sour and spicy food to resist the dryness and coldness. It was my first time in Luoyang, Henan. I found this restaurant online. I must try the water banquet when I come to Luoyang. Because it was the Spring Festival, there were many people and few waiters. I could still see tired faces. They worked hard, so the slow service and delayed service were understandable! Let's talk about the dishes. The first one was called something meat. I just want to say it was delicious. The taste and meat were great. The second one was egg-filled pancakes. The skin was very chewy. The third one was a water banquet. The appearance was very beautiful. The taste was a little hard to get used to, but at least I tasted the food. The fourth one was Hu Tu Noodles. Because the amount of food was large, as an outsider, I didn't know the amount of food, so I ordered two noodles. I suggest that the hotel waiter can communicate with the guests in the future to avoid waste. There was also a fried noodle with green onions. Sure enough, Henan is good at noodles. It's delicious, but there are a lot of leftovers. It's a waste. There was also a performance by Wu Zetian. It felt good, as if I had really returned to the heyday of the Tang Dynasty.

When we went there, the road was being repaired at the entrance of Luoyang Shuixi Garden, and since we went there on a weekday, there were not many people. The dishes were very exquisite, and there were also some good dishes that had appeared on the "Bite of China". It is worth recommending.

It was a good idea. The bird's nest and the pork slices in soup are the imperial version of the hot and sour soup that Shanghai people have been eating since childhood. It is super fresh, fragrant and refreshing.
