The attention to detail from all the staff was exceptional especially considering the problems they faced due to Covid. The food was just as good as in normal times.

Warm service and a good wine selection. The croquetas were very good as well as the cheese. I didn't have any main dishes but a good croqueta is sign of a good restaurant.

We really enjoyed our dinner... Quiet place, delicious food, and excellent service. Good value for a Parador. Recommended!

When we travel back from Malaga, we usually eat at the restaurant of the Parador de Manzanares. The service provided by Mr. José Maeso, head waiter, and by Mónica and Sonia was excellent, and the food was of excellent quality. Today we had: croquettes with a touch of saffron, roasted Manchego tuna belly and peppers, suckling lamb chops, and deer tartar. For dessert, we had a variety of fruit and custard with a flower. Everything was exquisite and very well presented.
