The Italian recipe uses slow-cooked beef sauce with melted mozzarella cheese. This may be the most suitable for Chinese stomachs because the tomato meat sauce has a strong flavor. Creamy white sauce is added between the two layers of pasta to enrich the taste.
Gramigna pasta, but this one uses sweet plum sauce, with white duck, onions, and mushrooms. The first few bites are sweet and delicious, but it will be a bit greasy if you eat too much.
