1️⃣PANCHITA
This restaurant is very popular, and you must make reservations in advance. He has Peruvian specialty food roasted guinea pig, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The skin is similar to roasted suckling pig, and the meat is extremely delicate. It is absolutely delicious!
The environment of the restaurant is also very beautiful. I also ordered a sandwich salad, which is very special. It is cornmeal on the outside and seafood salad on the inside.

2️⃣Huaca&nbsp;Pucllana
The feature of this restaurant is that it is located next to the ruins of the Inca pyramid. You can see the ruins without spending extra money sitting at the table. This is authentic Peruvian cuisine. A delicious seafood platter and the best pork belly I&#39;ve had in Peru, it had a nice crispy crackle. There are also very traditional food platters here. Very nice

The sour lemon juice saltfish comes from the coast and near the Galapagos. This restaurant has fish from both places. The tacu-tacu is also very good. Don&#39;t miss the house brewed beer. I tried the boutique and the taste is very similar to the taste of the East Coast of the United States. It is very good with seafood.
