Le Boeuf Jardinier

Le Boeuf Jardinier is a western restaurant located in the old neighborhood of the city. The environment is quite medieval. Their steak is served with appetizer soup. Although it doesn't satisfy my Chinese stomach, it's really good to eat it once in a while.

Michelin one-star French food is not as "rich and heavy" as traditional French food, but more simple and light. The restaurant is decorated like a lush green garden. My order: GRILLED FLATBREAD CRISPY CHICKEN MILANESE RED SNAPPER ORANGE TRUFFLE CAKE I unexpectedly liked the goat cheese pancake, which was paired with pumpkin mushrooms and cheese. The cheese used was goat cheese, which tasted much milder than feta cheese. The thin pancake with a lot of ingredients and full of cheese was really exciting. The golden fried chicken steak was also a surprise. The meat was so tender that it was foul, and the chili garlic mayonnaise was very stimulating to the taste buds. Because we had lunch and went late, some other dishes such as lobster rolls were sold out, so there were fewer choices. It is said that the scallops for dinner are delicious.
