Hagakure - Fusion e Sushi

Not only was the sushi creative and delicious, the staff went out of their way to make our evening special. Someone in our family wasn’t feeling well and there are no taxis in the area. Without hesitation, the staff offered to drive us home and refused to take any money for it. Truly service and small town kindness at its best. Grazie mille

Amazing service, food really well prepared with a lot of innovation. Team provided all details and helped us to define best to eat. Perfect balance between what they do best and our own desires. It was my wife’s birthday and they even included some candles in the dessert to her. I was amazed by the service, and how they did care to deliver a perfect experience in every single step of the way!

We came with my family as a group and we all really enjoyed the japanese food and the service. The food is more fusion asian japanese and the staff is super nice. We had a small issue where we got billed twice 349€ on the credit card but I have been reimbursed afterwards for the mistake. Big thank you to Diego and Simone for your availability on this. We recommend and will definitely come back.

We were overwhelmed by the quality and creativity of the food at Hagakure. A truly amazing experience off the beaten track! As a family of four we sampled and shared a lot of dishes. All were very delicious including dessert. We were recommended a wonderful Puglian rose and in general the service was excellent. Cannot recommend enough.

Incredible food with clever fusion of Italian and Japanese. Truffled black cod dumplings were unreal. Service was great, quality was impeccable. Taste was really outstanding.
