We come here twice a year. Best in Tuscany, staff and service and food is tops. Don’t come here we want this place to ourselves!

Nice interior, professional service, better quality of the ingredients and presentation. Definitely among the best restaurants inside the city walls.

It was a very nice place to have lunch. It wasn’t full when we were there. The food was very good. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. Don’t hesitate to eat here.

We made a last minute reservation at Il Grifo because it was raining and the restaurant was close to our hotel. We arrived to find the small restaurant full and our table was the only vacant one. Dinner was wonderful and the menu had many interesting dishes. We shared the bruschetta with anchovies, not my favorite but my husband loved it. I had the buckwheat tagliatelle with duck ragu and husband had the filet with porcini mushrooms. Both were delicious. We ended with the pistachio cake with the molten center which was delicious! Highly recommend.

Excellent dinner! Pastas and Florentine steak were fantastic. Outstanding and comprehensive wine list. Staff was friendly and helpful.
