Kolossos

We received a very friendly welcome. The ambiance is really lovely, both inside and out! The food was very good and beautifully presented. We'd love to come back again.

The four of us had a very pleasant evening. The restaurant recently expanded its menu to include delicious Mediterranean cuisine. The rack of lamb was very, very tasty, and the Irish meat was excellent. The service was very attentive, perhaps a little overzealous at times. But everything was well-intentioned. We did miss the classic bifteki a little, though.

We had two starters and two main courses. One starter was completely overpriced. Six thin slices of zucchini topped with tiny pieces of baked feta cheese for almost €8. I'd guess it weighed 40 grams. The antipasti plate, for the same price, was reasonably priced. Our main courses were good. The restaurant is too big for us. Especially when there aren't many guests, you feel a bit lost. Music should have been played in the background, but it was too loud for us. Even though there were only four of us in the main room, we eventually had to raise our voices for drinks. This is inadequate service. For an evening where I'm spending €70, I expect more. But we weren't annoyed.
