Went to roots collaboration for dinner and had a pretty tasty meal with a variety of amazing food items and a good wine and beer selection. The wait staff really knew what they were talking about and even had a chef talk to us about the food and it was easy to see their passion for what they create. Will be back in the near future!

This restaurant brand was established very early, and it is worth coming to taste the authentic food. There are many kinds of food in the restaurant, there is always one that you like, and the taste of the food is also great, it is highly recommended.

We went without reservations and had no pressure to get a table. The main courses were delicious but a lot of them tasted the same so had to order sides, the polenta side dish was delicious! The real stars of the menu were the desserts, worth a special trip just for dessert! Didn't see many wait staff, other than taking orders and delivering food.

It is said that this is a restaurant with a long history. It is indeed authentic and does not disappoint.
