Our fine dining experience at Al Quimia was exceptional. The Water Menu tasting experience showcased creativity and sophistication, with every dish perfectly crafted. The Sommelier’s recommendation, though we opted out of wine pairing, was impeccable and elevated the meal. The service was attentive and professional, and the serene ambience added to the charm. An unforgettable culinary journey!

My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary and the food was amazing. We had the set tasting menu with wine pairings. Very unique tasty flavours with a story about the chef's experiences and local cuisine matched wonderfully with great local wines. I was impressed with how much you could taste the freshness, distinct flavours and how good the wines were. Certainly was fine dining, expensive yes, but for a special occasion we had a fantastic night. Staff were friendly, entertaining and helpful too. It felt like we were hosted at their home!

Amazing from start to finish. Each course built upon the preceding with different and exciting flavors. The staff were attentive and exceedingly polite. While it was expensive - we felt it was worth it for a special celebratory meal.

My wife and I have enjoyed many memorable evenings at Al Quimia over the last 10 years. We've come to expect consistently high standards in all areas of the experience. Last night, we made our first visit of 2024 and had high expectations of the new menu.It didn't disappoint!From the exceptionally warm welcome (including a very thoutful table "upgrade"), right through to the personal visit from the chef as the evening drew to a close, it was perfect in every way!The food has always been the star of the show at Al Quimia and that remains true. However the attentive, friendly service from every member of the team is the key ingredient that elevates this restaurant into a class of its own.Of the three tasting menus on offer, we opted for "Sea". As the name suggests, this is comprised predominantly of seafood. The flavour and texture combinations of each successive dish were absolutely delicious. The wine pairing delivered by the sommelier, Hugo, was simply sensational.Perfection!
