The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. The sommelier was friendly and provided excellent wine pairings for the different courses, while sticking with local vintages. The only reason I cannot give this restaurant a higher rating is because the waiter who served my dishes had horrible body odor - it was nauseating and made me completely lose my appetite.

The staff was nice.The food is authentic pulian food.I think some of the dishes are too simple for a michelin star restaurant, like the eggplant appetizer was nothing special, the dessert with riccotta.Other dishes were amazing-the beef and the duck breast.At all the experience was good.

Wonderful restaurant with fabulous service. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had the classic tasting menu which was fabulous food and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. We did one of the tasting menus, and would definitely recommend it (though it was a touch long at 3 hours, it was a great experience!). The chef was incredibly creative in his dishes, but the food still felt authentic to the region. The whole evening was delightful.

Everything was perfect - the guys who took care of us made our night with their warmth and humour.
