We enjoyed a wonderful evening on Ile St Louis. The dinner was outstanding, a delightful experience filled with sophisticated flavors and elegant attention to detail.

Excellence service and Food!!! We can say they really know what they&#39;re doing to provide great dinner experience with best ingredients.

We had the fixed lunch menu, great value. Food was delicious, service impeccable. Couldn&#39;t fault it. Our favourite meal during our recent visit to Paris.

Michelin in Paris ~ I booked lunch a month in advance ~ I chose shellfish and oysters for the starter, duck breast and duck leg for the main course, and rose lychee ice cream for dessert! I just want to say that every dish is full of surprises ~ the taste is worth the price!

2024 Global 100 - Fine Dining 

The Silver Tour Restaurant was founded in 1582. It is a favorite of many European emperors and modern presidents and celebrities. The seats near the window with a view of Notre Dame de Paris need to be booked three weeks in advance. The signature dish is the young duck from the Loire Valley. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Michelin. Each blood duck has a unique number that belongs to itself and the person who eats it. The most amazing thing is that the restaurant&#39;s wine cellar has as many as 400,000 bottles of wine. I was shocked when the sommelier took out the wine list. It felt like a super huge dictionary. The service was simply amazing. A part fell off the new bag of my female companion. We were halfway through the meal. The waiter actually found it based on the appearance of the part and helped to install it. Such meticulous observation is simply amazing.

When traveling to France, everyone is eager to try French cuisine, but in the end they are defeated by their own Chinese taste buds and stomachs. This time, we chose to go to Michelin-recommended au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The first course is 🐌 and the main course is 🍷 barbecue 🐂, paired with fine wine, which not only satisfies the French sentiment of the Chinese, but also preserves the face of French cuisine. And Marais perfectly interprets the French Bobo petty bourgeoisie!

What a wonderful discovery. Menu is creative, food was wonderful and service was perfect. Definitely on our list for a return visit.

A very creative mix of Japanese and French dishes, but the portions are a bit small. The chef is very considerate of the guests&#39; tastes. When he found out that I was not full, he gave me three more main dishes. As a result, I was so full that I ate a lot. I like the shrimp soaked in sea water and then dipped in olive oil the most, as well as the clams, mushrooms, shrimp and tofu pudding. The appetizer of peach cold soup with celery ice cream is also very good. The exquisiteness of French cuisine is combined with the soul of Japanese cuisine.

It&#39;s a very high-end and romantic restaurant. I recommend that you order some red wine while ordering the dishes, as it will taste better with them.
