Palais Royal Restaurant

Two people came to eat here. The shop is in an alley. It is not big, but it has two floors. The owner is very nice and enthusiastic. I saw foreigners eating here. Maybe the taste is more authentic, but overall the taste did not surprise me, probably because there are not enough ingredients. My husband likes this taste better. The cake is baked crispier, but it feels a little less cheese.

A casual restaurant near the port, with a variety of stalls serving street food from all over the world. Outside you can enjoy the view from the viewpoint, with lots of simple tables and benches in an old sugar shop deep down the alley. The bar has a wide selection of drinks. One of the most popular stalls is Mr Chows, which sells Thai fried rice with shrimp, chicken or tofu. The restaurant is elegant and very nice. The Chinese bowls come with two types of fried or boiled dumplings, pork and spinach. The dumplings are very juicy and are great to dip into the delicious sauce.

Very young chef. The appetizers are very creative. The mustard sauce awakens the taste buds immediately. The main course is merlan. I always think that French fish is not easy to taste good. This one is really good. The only flaw is that the moule is a little old (personal opinion). The dessert is cream foam + mango ice cream. Usually the desserts of 🇫🇷 are very sweet. The sweetness of this one is just right. The lunch menu is 48€. The dining environment is very comfortable and the service is also satisfactory.

A restaurant with a great environment. There are open-air seats with views! But you need to make a reservation in advance. Sitting outside and enjoying the scenery of passers-by while tasting food is really comfortable. Feel the romantic atmosphere of this city. The steak is a big piece, with enough ingredients! It can definitely fill your stomach and the tenderness is just right! The signature snails are also super good!

My good friend who works in fashion invited me to lunch with her at the Palais Royal. What a beautiful place. A lot of thought went into making this compact space feel a little more relaxed. We started with a Chablis and had a great appetizer. I had a lobster appetizer which was delicious and a prawn for main. The young chef Philippe Ronapoulos wakes you up with a wonderful fusion of flavors and the portions are just right without being too dignified. This was one of the best lunches I've had in Paris. Not cheap and it shouldn't be. If you like your meals to be fancy, you can definitely do that. For others who want to try a special meal, it's great!
