This is a nostalgic restaurant with many old objects and portraits and photos of historical figures. I wonder if these people have dined here. The restaurant mainly serves traditional Czech dishes, and the portions are huge. Two people ordered a grilled rib with garlic bread and a fist-sized salad, a portion of fried onion rings, and a 0.4-liter dark beer for dinner. I couldn't finish it at all. In the end, there were four ribs and half a loaf of bread left. When I stood up, I felt like I had to hold on to the wall. The grilled ribs in this restaurant are very flavorful, but a little salty, and they taste great with salad. The service in the restaurant is so-so, the waiters don't greet the guests very much, just find an empty seat and sit down. The speed of serving the dishes is still acceptable. I gave a 20-crown tip at the checkout, and the waiter gave me a smile.

The roasted pork elbow was not as good as some people said. It was not very flavorful and there were hairs on the skin. It was just average. The environment was a bit dark. No one showed us to the table, no service, and the tip was too high!

Smichovsky Radnicni Sklipek is also a restaurant that many Chinese tourists like to go to for some reason. It’s OK as long as the food is good. I like dark beer…

I came to this wine cellar restaurant because of its reputation. It took me a lot of trouble to get there. Fortunately, it was not yet dinner time and there were still seats available. This restaurant is really great, the portions are big, the taste is good, and the price is affordable. Although it was not the most delicious meal in the Czech Republic, it was the most satisfying one. A large portion of grilled ribs, a large grilled pork elbow, and a large bowl of salad cost only about 400czk in total, which is great value for money! No wonder this place is always full.

Smíchovský Radniční Sklipek. We came to this unremarkable underground restaurant in Prague because we saw recommendations on Dianping and Ctrip. We were really surprised by the quality and cheapness of the food here. We ate here for three consecutive days, trying pork knuckle, grilled ribs, chicken wings, pasta, etc. None of them disappointed us. The key is that the price here is really affordable. Two people can eat very well for only one or two hundred yuan. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a grilled pork rib, a pork neck, and a salad. The pork neck was average, but the grilled ribs were large and tasted pretty good. The most important thing was that they were cheap. The grilled pork elbow here cost more than 180 kronor, while the same grilled pork elbow I had at a restaurant near the Old Square the day before cost 590 kronor. It was surrounded by residential areas, and there was a small convenience store a few steps away. A 500ml bottle of mineral water cost 10 kronor (40 kronor in the scenic area). There was a tram stop near the restaurant, so it was quite convenient to come from the Old Square.
