U Bulinu

I always thought Prague&#39;s food was rough and casual, but when I walked into Etnosvet, I found it very delicate and cute! The ingredients are very fresh, and the menu says it&#39;s organic food, which seems very thoughtful. The pasta is good, and the soup is even more delicious. It&#39;s worth recommending!

I recommend a delicious dish where the meat is wrapped in Indian pancakes (Roti), then put into a jute bag and buried in an earth pit, topped with charcoal and sand/mud, and then slow-roasted for several hours.

Great Vietnamese food. There are several kinds of Vietnamese rice rolls, not just the kind commonly eaten in China, but also the kind with corn added, which is like sausage and is quite delicious. The beef rice noodles are of course the signature.

The restaurant is small, casual, cozy and has a great atmosphere. The first night we arrived the waiter went out of his way to find and seat us (it was very busy), our drinks and food came promptly and each of us (2 adults, 16 and 14) were very happy with our choices. The burgers were large, good quality, fresh and probably the best veggie burgers I have ever had (thumbs up for the beef and chicken too!). The desserts we had for all three of us were also delicious! On our second visit (for which we had reserved a table) we all tried something different and again all were delicious and the waiter remembered us and our drink orders from the night before on our second night. We all highly recommend this lovely hidden gem!

The place is still bustling with people! Their roast beef rice and venison are delicious!
