Nice restaurant that offers typical Roman cuisine dishes cooked very well, it has a large internal parking lot and a very large room with very well spaced tables, the environment could be improved because I found it a little cold but this can easily be remedied perhaps with a little music and a little color. The bill is just above average but justified

Typical Roman restaurant, truly superb for the quality and attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. Vast choice of menu. We were tempted by an appetizer of fried artichokes with mashed potatoes, which for their goodness we had a second. For the first course two spaghetti cacio e pepe, (in my top 5 of the best I've ever eaten), for the second course a beef tartare with sautéed chicory, also this one really, very well presented, but above all a chicory seasoned to perfection. Then to not miss the dessert we went for a FANTASCIENTIFIC Meringue. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. 10+ in everything, from the service to the food and the welcome. If it were more sponsored and more visible it would certainly be a restaurant to book weeks in advance. Compliments to the chef.

Good place and great food, recommended! Too bad it's not well signposted, I've lived in the area for 3 years and I always thought it was an abandoned building. Anyway, I recommend everyone to try it
