Unbelievable, creative food reflecting the qualities of the land that blends traditional regional values with creative but grounded combinations. The chef deserves far wider recognition.

Meeting the local chef during a vertical wine tasting while savouring the 4initial appetizers was extraordinary.  The sommelier and the waitress were super.  The same can be said about the dishes : inventive and full of taste. The bread spread : astonishing.  2 stars at least...

We had great expectations and they delivered.Delicious food and wine, great staff and amazing location.The food menu as well as the wine menu were very clear and just two pages.Really worth a visit.
