Ristorante Fattoria degli Usignoli

We had a very good lunch: the location is wonderful, on hills and a great landscape on the Chianti's area. The restaurant is well located with outside and inside areas. We got a Florentine's steak and some appetizers, plus a very good Chianti's wine. Service very good and on time. Strongly suggested.

Super Restaurant. Excellent food and wine at reasonable prices. The truffle pasta was absolutely delicious. The t-none was right to the point as well.

The quality of food was very good. I particularly enjoyed the ricotta and tomato flan and my vegetarian wife enjoyed the lasagne. We were disappointed with the service. Many of the staff looked miserable and struggled to raise a smile ( even when we smiled at them). Bread has to be asked for instead of being provided (as is normal). The bearded waiter taking the order was brusque and even told me off for trying to order my main out of sequence ( no - you next- pointing at my wife). He then pointed at me to let me know when I could order, without taking his eyes off his machine or showing any sort of manners. It seemed as though we had inconvenienced him( he seemed very experienced but bored with his job). This rudeness was somewhat balanced by the helpful young waiter( not bearded) who dealt with our requests efficiently and with a smile. The lady who served dessert was also very good with our daughter. After reading the great reviews before booking, We left feeling underwhelmed.

It's a nice place, a bit rustic, Tuscan style. The food is not bad, but the service is not friendly

We went there to have pizza. Pizzas are not available on mondays or tuesdays. Service was slow.
