Restaurant Rijsserberg

The food was really delicious. Maybe a bit limited choice via the menu but because you can also choose from "chef's choice" with some extra payment a full menu. We had the ribeye and duck breast and both very tasty and nicely served. Furthermore young, friendly staff. We were there in the evening and the staff/customers ratio was good. We had a nice evening!

Staff was very friendly, the food was served at the right temperature. There was no choice given for fries or potatoes unfortunately, so the potatoes were left. When paying I saw a mistake on the receipt, this was indicated but it was fine they said. Quality was great, we ate with taste.

Location is beautiful, On the terrace with a view of the blooming heather! The salad was very mediocre but this was somewhat made up for with extra vegetables.

First time eating in this restaurant. Pork tenderloin with one box of fries and a tiny salad for 2 people. Small garnish under the pork tenderloin. Together we had 3 glasses of wine and asked for tap water. Explicitly asking for tap water, to then find 3.90 for ‘still water’ on the bill is strange. When we asked, we did get the 3.90 back.

We had a wonderful meal, after our reservation unfortunately did not come through correctly, but there was still room and we had a wonderful meal and the service was also good!
