Elea

Elea is one of best culinar experience in the Netherlands. the dishes were good, some of those really excellent. The menu is well structured, never heavy. The service is not always up to par for a restaurant of this type and price. We will definitely be back, hoping to find improved service.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we celebrated there. The staff was extremely friendly and polite from the first moment we arrived. We had a 5-course meal, and we received a thorough introduction of the dish we were about to eat. My boyfriend is Greek and what amazed him was that everything tasted “ just like home.” He and I were in awe with the intricate taste, design of the food, and the atmosphere. And the nicest detail was that the staff offered my boyfriend a special birthday dessert that was extremely delicious.We want to thank the staff, the chefs, and the owner of the restaurant for the hospitality and amazing experience.

We had a wonderful time, enjoying beautiful dishes. Particularly loved the langoustine and the course with the orzo, yolk and Parmesan cheese mousse. Perfect service at our table from Willemijn, who also proved to be a great (stand-in) sommelier.

Everything was perfect and I highly recommend it! I am really happy that finally modern Greek cuisine has found it's place in the Hague. It was an exceptional culinary experience which managed to mentally take us back home to revisit our roots in a modern and surprising way. If someone would like to experience real traditional Greek tastes in a unique fine dining approach, this is where you need to be.

This Greek influenced menu was truly innovative and exceptionally well presented. The white asparagus with egg yolk was memorable. Great service and a super atmosphere. Not to be missed
