When ordering dishes, of course, we went straight to the most famous lobster rice here. Normally, we had to wait for 30 minutes, but the clever waiter said that there was just an extra pot of rice, and we wanted one more portion, but it would be charged according to our number. How could we disagree? We were hungry and we could start eating immediately. It was indeed a pot of rice. I have eaten a lot of paella in Spain, dry, wet, and with various seafood, but it was the first time I saw more lobsters than rice, which was quite shocking.
