IL PAGLIACCIO

It is a western restaurant located in a Roman alley. If it weren’t for a local friend who brought us here as a guide, we would definitely not have been able to find this restaurant by ourselves. The food is really delicious.

The restaurant is hidden in a small alley. It doesn't look impressive on the outside, but it's a different world inside. It provides innovative Italian cuisine, with fresh ingredients and unique craftsmanship. The combination of each dish is refreshing but not without flavor. Pork and duck dishes are especially recommended. The duck sauce is extremely deep and fragrant. Another advantage is that the wine collection is extremely rich and the service is very positive. It is very suitable to experience this creative but tasteful Italian food in the historical capital.

The service was top notch and the experience is well worth the price. You will leave feeling satisfied and happy! There are a lot of interesting techniques used and flavor combinations introduced. The re-imagining of cocoa butter is insane.
