Michelle is by far the best waitress ever. She wasn't serving our table but as we couldn't find our server anywhere she helped us out

Arrived and my booking had not gone through so wasn’t expecting us but received confirmation by email. Young girl who served was lovely but had no idea about the drinks on offer as she said she didn’t drink. Also, had to wait a while to pay, ended up going to bar to pay. Mashed potato was cold but food was nice. The place was very busy and noise level was very high so not my go to.

Staff are really helpful. Lamb and beef on the carvery was really fatty but everything else good quality with plenty of choice.

Service was excellent, food was very good. However this was for a party of nine people for my daughters 21 birthday. When i booked they said they could not book tables for 9 people, however they would try and get us sitting close together. I was not impressed when we got there as they had put 6 people in a booth and 3 on a table across from each other. The restaurant was heaving with people, screaming children, it was like a cattle market. In addition I was not aware that the prices change for different days of the week. However the food was very good, the service was excellent, a big thank you for cutting my daughters cake and singing happy birthday with us.
