Delicious menu with some local specialities. Highlights were the house malakoff cheese balls and superb patisserie. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
A beautiful menu where everyone can find something to their liking. Special mention goes to the warm (yet highly professional) service. A very enjoyable evening, we'll be back.
Excellent product quality and preparation in a limited selection of regional and international dishes. The fantastic wine list benefits from its older brother. Attentive and trained service that makes you feel at home. 100% recommended.
We found a restaurant with an excellent quality-price ratio. Extremely professional and courteous service. Very pleasant and relaxing environment. The food served was of excellent quality.
It is both in a chic setting, and at the same time in a "mountain" atmosphere (the Christmas tree is magnificent!) that we are welcomed at Café Valrose. The service is impeccable. After some tasty Malakoffs with a strong taste of l'Etivaz cheese (next to it, the pretty mesclun salad deserves a little more generous seasoning...), the fish (pollock and salmon) are perfect, both in terms of cooking and seasoning (the Dashi broth, with the pollack, is drunk with a spoon as it is so tasty!...). A coffee that lives up to the restaurant! At very reasonable prices, like the Christmas log, a very nice creation for a friendly price...
