We ordered oil-splashed noodles, roujiamo, a stew, and a stir-fried vegetable with fungus and mushroom ingredients. It should be said that Shanzhou is very close to Shaanxi, and its food culture is also greatly influenced by the local area. The food style is very similar to that of the local area. Roujiamo and oil-splashed noodles are both typical Shaanxi noodles. However, there is still a gap between the two places. Although they are the same food, from the taste comparison, Shanzhou's approach is obviously milder and more restrained, and not as unrestrained as the taste of Shaanxi food. In addition to these two Shaanxi specialties, stir-fried dishes and stews are the same. The taste is relatively bland and unremarkable, and it is difficult to leave a deep impression on people. It may be because it is in Henan, and the food is relatively mild and heavy. The decoration of the shop is very classy, ​​with a kind of low-key luxury in the simplicity, and the owner's environmental awareness is revealed everywhere, such as the water in the restaurant is recycled, etc., which is really precious.
