Nove place to eat. I wouldn&rsquo;t recommend the pizza bianca, it&rsquo;s a little bit dry. I tried the one with salmon and shrimps and it was &hellip; fine &hellip; Nice place though.

Ottimo ristorante pizzeria, impasti delle pizze e delle pinse gustosi e molto digeribili.Finalmente un locale dove si pu&ograve; mangiare tranquillamente senza glutine con prodotti di ottima qualit&agrave;. Personale molto professionale e gentile. Un punto di riferimento nella Valtiberina . Complimenti.

Nice discovery near the center of Sansepolcro. We tried the pinsa and I must admit I liked it a lot. Also try the craft beers in bottles. I recommend it

Locale davvero carino, abbiamo mangiato all&#39;aperto ma nonostante le giornate bollenti c&#39;era un venticello delizioso che non ci ha fatto rimpiangere l&#39;aria condizionata. Pizza senza glutine ottima che non mi ha dato nessun problema. A detta degli altri commensali anche l&#39;impasto classico era ottimo. Buona variet&agrave; anche di dessert in opzione senza glutine.

Really nice place, we ate outside but despite the hot days there was a delicious breeze that didn&#39;t make us miss the air conditioning. Excellent gluten-free pizza that didn&#39;t give me any problems. According to the other diners, the classic dough was also excellent. Good variety of desserts also in gluten-free option.

We have been in Tuscany for 2 weeks following a week in Turin and Florence and have eaten very well everywhere but...Fiorentina was absolutely the best food we have had so far. We loved the combination of recognisably traditional Tuscan cuisine but combined with innovation, flavour twists, and modern additions whilst still using the produce of the area. Top dish for me was the black rice and truffle, really superb. Plus all the staff are so generous with their time. We have booked to return in a couple of days!

Very friendly team and the food was delicious. The filetto was our favorite dish. Overall we had a pleasant  experience and we would suggest it to friends in town.
