What travelers say:
We have been in Tuscany for 2 weeks following a week in Turin and Florence and have eaten very well everywhere but...Fiorentina was absolutely the best food we have had so far. We loved the combination of recognisably traditional Tuscan cuisine but combined with innovation, flavour twists, and modern additions whilst still using the produce of the area. Top dish for me was the black rice and truffle, really superb. Plus all the staff are so generous with their time. We have booked to return in a couple of days!

Wonderful place and welcoming atmosphere. We took appetizer, first course and dessert everything very good and carefully presented. I recommend the cornflowers with ricotta, a delicate but very good dish. Honorable mention to the entertainment with the very good pianist
Excellent among the first courses are the bringoli (pasta made with water and flour) cacio e pepe with crispy red onion and tagliatelle with prugnoli mushrooms (if available). Also worthy of mention are the grilled Florentine steak and the dessert trolley.
It is confirmed as a guarantee for eating well! Quality products and exquisite preparations. Very kind service, classic and very welcoming location.
A wonderful surprise Small restaurant, great service, really good food and a great wine cellar.
